Following the release of the Nokia XR20, the company is preparing to launch another rugged smartphone. Features and designs of HMD Global’s upcoming rugged phone, the Nokia XR21, have been leaked. The phone was initially leaked under the name Nokia XR30. The Nokia XR21 may be equipped with a budget Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor.
According to leaked reports, this upcoming Nokia rugged phone will have a similar rugged design to the previous version, but its performance can be improved.

WinFuture has shared both the design and specifications of Nokia’s upcoming rugged phone. The phone’s look will be similar to the Nokia XR20 from the front. It has a left-side Google Assistant button and a power button on the right, which will have a fingerprint sensor.
Additionally, there will be changes to the emergency button on the phone. The Nokia smartphone will come with a grip-textured back panel. The camera module of the phone is placed at the top left. Based on the leaked renders, Nokia XR21 will also use the same material as the XR20.

According to the report, Nokia’s upcoming rugged phone may have a 6.41-inch FHD+ display. The phone’s display will support a 120Hz refresh rate. In addition, it will feature Corning Gorilla Glass Victus, which will make its screen stronger. Nokia will improve the processor of this smartphone.
It will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor, which will be better than the Snapdragon 480 on last year’s Nokia XR20. This smartphone may come in a single storage variant. It will have 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.
Nokia’s rugged phone will have a dual camera setup on the back. The phone will have a 64MP primary camera with an 8MP telephoto camera. The phone’s telephoto camera will support 8x hybrid zoom, while its primary camera will support Omnivision. The phone may feature a 16MP camera for selfies and video calling.
